CCA Opens Orlando Office
CCA, through the formation of the subsidiary CCA/KMI announces the opening of the Orlando, FL office to service its national and international clients with local offices in the Southeastern United States region. . The addition of this new office and staff enhances CCA’s regional reach into this important market and extends CCA’s national and international presence. CCA Orlando will provide immediate field support for projects in this region, including the Caribbean and will provide professional, experienced leadership to direct CCA’s resources in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential design, forensic investigation, construction management, construction scheduling and estimating and litigation support through its cadre of nearly 50 licensed engineers, architects, construction schedulers, estimators, construction managers and support specialists.
CCA’s Orlando staff is managed by John Manning, PE and Principal of CCA/KMI. Mr. Manning has 30 years of experience in engineering, construction and real estate including project management of design and construction on varied projects such as resort hotels, parking structures, infrastructure, area development, condominium development and office development. His work includes project feasibility analysis, project representation at planning and zoning, budget development, design services procurement, design management, cost estimating, scheduling, Value Engineering, construction bid and award management, real estate appraising, site design, due diligence studies, structural design, overall construction management and claim mitigation/analysis.
