Through the recent formation of CCA/KMI subsidiary, John R. Manning, PE and Principal, Michael E. Krauss, PE, Paul Knopp, Construction Manager and John M. Becker, CMIT and a powerful group of other construction professionals have joined the CCA team. CCA is a national and international engineering, architectural and construction services firm staffed with nearly 70 architects, engineers, construction professionals and support staff specializing in forensic investigations, architectural design and remedial solutions, litigation support, delay analysis, project scheduling, construction estimating and construction management. John Manning, PE and Principal has thirty years of experience in the engineering, construction and real estate industry. This experience includes project management of design and construction on a variety of projects including resort hotels, parking structures, infrastructure, area development, condominium development and office development. Experience encompasses project feasibility analysis, project representation at planning and zoning, budget development, design services procurement, design management, cost estimating, scheduling, Value Engineering, construction bid and award management, real estate appraising, site design, due diligence studies, structural design, overall construction management and claim mitigation/analysis. Mr. Manning provides proven leadership capabilities on large projects, from concept to completion, requiring the organization of successful project teams from multiple companies.
Mike Kraus also brings to the table thirty years of experience in construction and project management of numerous and varied projects. This experience includes Hotel and Resort development, site work, roadway projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities, utility distribution and collections systems, dredge containment facilities, building construction, plus major new landfill and landfill closure projects. Mr. Kraus has demonstrated experience in the construction engineering and inspection of complex projects, contract negotiations, claims analysis, avoidance and resolution of construction disputes.
