SUMMARY:

The Princeton Trinity Church, a historic 19th Century congregational building located in Princeton, NJ was exhibiting various issues during renovation work. CCA was retained to investigate and determine cause for failures in the cast stone façade. The addition suffered from alleged defective work and/or design requiring removal of stone veneer and the waterproofing on the new CMU back-up walls.

Multiple site inspections were conducted to observe allegations regarding improper grade slopes and drainage, stone cladding, mortar installation, water resistive barrier problems, problems with the roof flashing and terminations, and window installation issues.
