The CCA/LH Subsidiary

In 2004, CCA, LLC and Lyman Henn, Inc. announced that they would work together to form CCA/LH. By combining CCA's forensic expertise and Lyman Henn's world-class geotechnical engineering, CCA/LH provides best-in-class investigative services to the tunneling industry.

The CCA / Nautilus Subsidiary

CCA, LLC, and Nautilus,LLC have formed a new subsidiary know as CCA- Nautulis, LLC. The subsidiary company provides a unique and comprehensive blend of consulting services to the construction industry.

Founded in 2006 CCA- Nautilus, LLC has become a powerful resource for construction attorneys, with the ability to provide experts that can opine on matters pertaining to engineering or architectural errors & omissions within all trades. This combination of design professionals and constuction claims analysys provided the client a single source to manage all aspects of the dispute, thereby eliminating the need for the attorney to independently seek out experts for specific design related issues.

Managed by veterans of some of the nations leading construction, engineering and financial companies, CCA-Nautilus specializes its practice in traditional construction claims analysis, preparation and associated damage calculation, litigation support, expert witness testimony and project controls service & monitoring. With a strong emphasis on utilizing practical and court-tested methodologies, CCA - Nautilus has experts capable of analyzing the impact of change, delay, acceleration, inefficiency, damage, and other issues common in a construction dispute.
The CCA/KMI Subsidiary

Through the formation of CCA/KMI, CCA combines the power of two great engineering teams and enhances their design, forensic engineering, architectural, construction management, construction scheduling, estimating, delay analysis and litigation support services. This expansion extends CCA’s local offices into the Florida and Caribbean areas that include local service to the broader southeast United States region.
This collaboration demonstrates CCA’s team approach and commitment to supporting clients with total solution from planning to completion in the national and international markets. CCA’s professional team is enlarged with complimentary skills through the addition of many engineering and construction experts with design, development, scheduling, estimating, delay analysis and hands-on construction management experience. With the creation of CCA/KMI the solutions team from CCA is better staffed and prepared to serve the CCA client base with a broader range and reach of skills and experience. These new staff will be primarily located in the Orlando, FL area and the Caribbean but are ready to join in the field work anywhere in the southeast US, nationwide, the Caribbean and elsewhere abroad.
