As a Registered Architect, Lynne conducts design assessments, existing condition evaluations, forensic investigations, root cause failure analyses, and historic building preservation studies. Lynne’s portfolio of work includes conceptual and detailed designs for new buildings, renovations, expansions, and repairs. A community-involved architect, she participates in groups such as Friends of Verdi Square, which seeks to renew a circa 1903 plaza on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
