Forensic Investigation Proves Walkways are ADA Compliant

Several years after the completion of a 344-unit apartment complex on 22 acres atop a hill in eastern Massachusetts, the homeowner’s association (HOA) claimed that the walkways were not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board (MAAB).
