Forensic Investigation Proves Walkways are ADA Compliant
Several years after the completion of a 344-unit apartment complex on 22 acres atop a hill in eastern Massachusetts, the homeowner’s association (HOA) claimed that the walkways were not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board (MAAB).
The contractor’s attorney hired CCA, LLC to review the case because of CCA’s experience in forensic investigation, construction matters and litigation support.
