SUMMARY:
Blue Beard’s Castle, located in St. Thomas, USVI, is a complex of several resort buildings around the first governor's mansion and a reported Bluebeard stronghold. The guest reception and registration building was a wood framed building with many original architectural features needing updating.
CCA developed plans to renovate the existing registration and guest center, refurbishing many of the historical building features while incorporating modern amenities and upgrading deteriorated sections. As part of the overall project, CCA's experts assisted with improvements to various restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and parking to comply with ADA regulations and improve access by all.
