SUMMARY:
In Austin, Texas a six million dollar luxury residence was constructed for Sandra Bullock. Before substantial completion, construction inadequacies had resulted in mold growth and water leaks throughout the entire house. CCA was engaged to evaluate and opine on the condition of the residence, and investigate both the design and construction of the main house. In addition, CCA assisted the legal team with litigation support with results in favor of the owner. After the investigation, the house was demolished due to construction defects. CCA provided testimony at trial for this residence.
