## SUMMARY:

Hilton Worldwide retained The CCA Group on behalf of Hilton Grand Vacations’ related to the potential purchase of Planet Hollywood Towers at Westgate.  The Group’s architects and engineers provided a detailed Due Diligence and Property Condition Report that included analysis and evaluations of the building’s code and ADA compliance; maintenance records; and structural, MEP, life safety, building glass envelope, and site systems.  From the documented findings and conclusions, our team assisted in developing the necessary and required Scope of Repairs, with estimating services, prior to the acquisition of this 45-story high rise by Hilton Worldwide.
