The Holiday Inn hotel property in Mobile, Alabama began an exterior renovation project. During construction, the owners of the hotel claimed windows, EIFS, and PTAC (packaged terminal air condition) installation and construction related defects. CCA was hired to investigate these deficiencies and provided testimony regarding these opinions.
