The California Modesto Regional Water District was mandated with doubling their water capacity to over 60 million gallons per day. During construction of the new water treatment facilities, failures of the completed portions of the project and the mismanagement of the construction process came to light. CCA was retained by the City of Modesto to provide inspections, cost analyses, document management review, engineering expertise, and litigation support for the complex and potentially expensive proposed resolution. CCA's defensible assessment of the project management process, assisted the legal team in recovering the City of Modesto's cost overages from responsible parties.
