SUMMARY:
A residential home located in San Antonio, Texas, suffered damages related to slope and retaining wall movement. CCA conducted an inspection to observe, document, analyze the damages and deficiencies noted by the homeowners’ complaints. CCA concluded that the foundations were undamaged by the soil and retaining wall movement but rather the deficiencies were due to normal maturing of the structure.
