The Watermill Place Condominiums, a one hundred thirty-unit condominium building in Arlington, Massachusetts, contacted CCA to inspect and assist with the replacement of exterior French doors damaged over time by water intrusion and age. CCA’s field inspections of issues with the French doors revealed additional problems and concerns related to other building envelope components. With the approval of the Property Management team and the condominium owners, CCA was hired to prepare construction drawings and specifications for the building’s renovation and replacement of failing components. Additionally, CCA provided construction administration services to successfully complete the renovations.
