MTM HeadshotIn the heart of New York City, Michaels's journey in construction consulting and expertise took root. It began with hands-on training in New Jersey at the UBC Local 254 Thomas C. Ober Carpentry Training Center, where he learned the fundamentals of construction craftsmanship. With a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University in New York City, Michael embarked on a path that would define his career. His experience includes construction superintendency, field operations, and project management.

Drawing upon knowledge through practice, Michael’s experience building around the NYC Metro area includes Luxury Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Aviation, and Life Sciences. Work includes managing schedules, budgets, resources, supervising field operations, and implementing safety protocols. Has been a guest speaker for college students in NYC. Software experience includes Primavera 6, Procore, Bluebeam, Auto Desk BIM 360, On Screen Take Off, Quick Bid, Plexxis, Oracle Textura, and Open Space.

Navigating the dynamic landscape of construction consulting, he remains driven by a passion for problem-solving and a dedication to delivering results. Mr. Marzarella draws upon his expertise and experience with each challenge to navigate complexities and drive success.
