Catastrophe Turnkey Suite of Services

CCA provides a turnkey suite of Architectural, Engineering, Environmental, and Construction Consulting and Management services involving commercial, hospitality, residential, and industrial property losses for our private and insurance clients.

Since 1990 our team has responded to major natural and man-made disasters throughout the United States and the Caribbean. We provide cause and origin, estimating, scheduling, code, and upgrade consultation, as well as a host of design and consulting services related to the investigation, assessment, resolution, and repair of major property claims.

Our staff, with proven catastrophe experience provides the client a single source entity to assess wind and flood property damages, evaluate environmental contamination, EDP losses, and equipment losses. We have experience in allocation of damages, analysis of loss of use, and litigation support in both Federal and State venues. CCA has been retained in many cases after the initial adjustment to offer opinions related to cost, schedule, repair versus replacement, allocation, standard of care, and other issues arising out of disputed claims.
