Construction Manager / Project Manager

 

CCA is looking to add to our current stellar team in its Burlington, Massachusetts office to support our growing Project Management, Construction Management and Owner’s Representative businesses.  The successful candidate will possess a related four year degree with additional educational credentials a plus.  Previous experience in the specific areas/disciplines noted above should be demonstrated but alternative credentials may be considered at our discretion.

 

CCA needs a well-rounded candidate able to help other disciplines as needed. The right person will have strong business development skills and the ability to assist with building a business. CCA is looking for candidates willing to develop into the future leadership of our company.

 

Skilled Requirements:

  • Be a highly detailed and organized team member
  • Effectively manage projects on behalf of the property owner.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and work well whether in a leadership role or as part of a fast-paced team
  • Review and comment on product submittals
  • Attend weekly production team meetings
  • Conduct weekly site inspections with a written report of observations and findings
  • Confirm appropriate use of contract allowances as needed
  • Run a Punchlist process and close out procedure
  • Review, process and approve AIA monthly applications for payment
  • Facilitate document work flow and manage accordingly
  • Be available for travel within the local area, region and nationwide (to be determined)
  • Be able to effectively communicate with our engineers and manage the needs for their services as projects progress
