SUMMARY: 

CCA was retained by the American Red Cross of Boston to monitor and observe the adjacent construction of a new twenty-story high-rise building and its potential impact on their five-story turn of the century masonry building. In addition, CCA investigated the exterior condition and developed a proposal for repairs to the masonry building.
