SUMMARY:
Strong winds damaged the roof of the Bellingham Shopping Center, a single-story commercial building, in Massachusetts. CCA was hired by their insurance company to perform a roof inspection to confirm that the force of wind caused the damage. After onsite observations and a condition review, CCA expert’s determined that the alleged damages were not caused by the force of the wind but instead the result of pre-existing damage and ongoing moisture issues.
