SUMMARY:

In 2004, a series of three hurricanes struck the east coast of Florida causing substantial, sequential and overlapping damage to Bray & Gillespie high-rise and mid-rise waterfront hotels in the Daytona Beach, Florida area. CCA conducted an investigation and considered evidence concerning property loss damages and needed reconstruction efforts for repairs. By determining damages from wind for each storm event, CCA provided essential estimates for repair costs. CCA provided trial testimony in federal court.
