Built in 2012, Hotel Palomar occupies the lower eleven floors of a twenty-four-story high rise building in the downtown district of Phoenix, Arizona. CCA was hired to conduct a Property Condition Assessment to produce a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) plan prior to the acquisition of this multi-billion-dollar property. CCA’s Experts completed on-site inspections and reviewed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and other information to produce an accurate projected cost of maintenance to be considered in the acquisition of Hotel Palomar.
