SUMMARY:

Constructed in 2006, Reservoir Crossing is a multi-unit residential complex consisting of two, four-story buildings, containing 132 individual condominiums of varying sizes and configurations. The complex began experiencing ongoing water intrusion and premature degradation of structural and building envelope elements. The Reservoir Crossing Condominium Trust requested CCA to perform a site inspection to investigate, document, and report on issues concerning the construction details and conditions at the site. CCA’s engineers and architects observed damages to various building elements due to water intrusion and defectively installed building elements at multiple areas. After CCA’s initial findings and cost of repair estimates, the Trust retained CCA to design, implement, and oversee the required repairs. CCA was also requested to provide litigation support for this project.
