SUMMARY:
On behalf of the General Contractor, CCA conducted comprehensive interior and exterior investigations relative to alleged construction defects at Spanish Gardens located in Las Vegas, Nevada. These alleged inadequacies included soils, concrete, structural, and the building exterior envelope. In concert with the legal team during the mediation and arbitration, CCA's findings, reporting, and testimony "contributed immensely" to a positive outcome.
