SUMMARY:
The roof of the waste water treatment plant of Medfield, Massachusetts heated to a point that the insulation caught fire resulting in damaging the majority of its roof. The forensic investigation by CCA revealed that the recently installed roofing components were improperly installed and in violations of the State of Massachusetts Building Code. As a result of CCA’s findings, we were able to correct and repair more potential dangers at the control center and overall building.
