SUMMARY:

The Pointe West Villas and Bay Water projects are part of a twenty-eight condominium-building complex, located at the west end of the Galveston Island in Texas. Allegations of construction defects ensued claiming the inappropriate selection and installation of non-coastal building materials. CCA investigated eighteen Pointe West Villas condominium buildings. Based on the information gathered, CCA determined that the allegations concerning construction defects and issues were vague, misleading and ambiguous.
