SUMMARY:

The Wilson Area High School in Easton, Pennsylvania alleged that repairs and remediation were necessary to correct design, construction, and material defects dating back to the 1992 original construction. CCA was hired by the masonry subcontractor to investigate the allegations regarding the exterior walls and the window and door flashings. Based on forensic investigation of the building’s envelope, CCA’s expert concluded that the water intrusion and damage to the building was not due to the installed flashing systems by our client. In addition, CCA prepared a scope of repair and a comparative cost analysis to properly evaluate and compare the accuracy of Plaintiff’s scope cost of repair.
