A structural assessment checks the adequacy, structural integrity, and soundness of structures and their components.

CCA’s Professional Engineers provide assessments of structural members like columns, beams, joists, load bearing walls, slabs, roof decking, and foundations. Structures and connections are checked for safety, code compliance, and fit for purpose. Amongst other items, cracks, excessive movements, bowing, deflections, differential settlements, evidence of distress, and material deterioration are checked and evaluated.

Buildings and structures need periodical inspection to ensure structural safety, strength, and stability under prescribed loads. CCA’s Professional Engineers assess structures to make sure they meet current or planned / future requirements and conform to current building codes.
