We are excited to announce the opening of CCA’s newest office in Ft. Lauderdale to service our clients in Florida and beyond. With its expanding population (14.6% growth in the last decade, double the rate of the US overall) and thriving economy, the time was right to extend our presence in Florida, adding this office to complement our existing presence in Orlando.
“This new location expands our ability to quickly and cost-effectively service clients in the southeast and the Caribbean,” says CEO Mark McGivern. “We have had a longstanding commitment to this region dating back to the recovery efforts after Hurricane Andrew in 1992, and are pleased to increase our capacity to assist clients in forensic matters and condominium, hospitality, theme parks, and commercial projects.”
Since our inception in 1990, we have maintained an ongoing practice in condominium design, investigation, and remediation. As an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), we have a strong presence in the Florida condo market, servicing owners, boards, and property managers.
The Ft. Lauderdale office staff further provides CCA with enhanced capabilities and boots on the ground to respond quickly to natural disasters like hurricanes, and man-made catastrophes such as collapses, explosions, and fires with an immediate response team to investigate, stabilize, and manage the recovery with a single source team of expertise.
The combined resources of our Florida offices provide our clients with a single source for architecture, engineering, and construction consulting expertise across the board for forensics, building investigations, design, and construction management.
